4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

• Cooperate in a timely manner for approvals, feedback, and communication.
• Respect the agreed timelines and payment terms.

Failure to do so may result in service delays or termination.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are due as per the agreed service package or contract.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments.
• Invoices are typically raised on a milestone or monthly basis.
• No refunds will be provided once work has commenced unless explicitly stated.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared with us (business data, client information, credentials, strategies) will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

• All work created by Kratika Digi Solution, including marketing material, graphics, and strategy documents, remains our property until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, rights are transferred to the client, except for tools or templates licensed separately.

8. Performance Disclaimer

While we aim to deliver optimal results, Kratika Digi Solution does not guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or revenue outcomes, as digital marketing performance can vary due to external factors such as algorithm changes, market shifts, and consumer behavior.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days’ written notice. In case of early termination, the client is liable to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kratika Digi Solution is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

11. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
